Player Registration

Player registration is substantially different for the Intramural and Traveling Divisions. Formal registration is required once each year. If you are not a currently registered Fairmount Soccer player, add yourself to our mailing list by clicking the underlined text, filling out the mailing list form, and following the directions on the screen.

Intramural Registration for the Spring 2008


We have made several significant changes in this year’s Program, so begin by reading About Our Spring Program to learn about age groups, dates, times and location.

To register, you may either Register Online or Download a Registration Form.

If you register online, you will have your choice of either paying online (which must be done at the time of registration) or mailing in a check separately.

As always, scholarships are available upon request. To request a Full of Partial Scholarship, please send an email to info@fairmountsoccer.org.

Traveling Registration for the Fall, Outdoor Season

  1. Fill out the FSA Soccer Application For Enrollment. Click here to download the form (47K).

  2. This year all travel players must attend the team tryouts. Open tryouts, including new and previous players, are the best way to achieve this goal. Players will be notified within three weeks of the tryouts whether they have made the teams. If your child is at least 10 years of age, and is interested in being considered for a Travel team, please click the appropriate team (age group) below, fill-in the contact information, then click the "submit" button. Your request will be logged and the appropriate coach will contact you to with the tryuout schedule:

    - U-16 Girls - Born between August 1, 1991 and July 31, 1992
    Boys: - U-12 Boys - Born between August 1, 1995 and July 31, 1996

  3. The FSA Soccer Traveling Registration Form must be filled out completely and properly in order to become registered. If you have questions about filling out the forms, contact the Registrar.
  4. All Traveling players need a ball for practice. Players need a #4 ball if they will be on an Under 12 team or younger, or a #5 ball if they will be on an Under 13 team or older. If you want to buy one through Fairmount Soccer, your coach can arrange for the purchase.
  5. Once accepted, each Traveling player must supply your coach with an ID type color photograph (Head & Shoulders portion to be about 1" x 1"). The picture must be current, not more than a year old. All sanctioned leagues require this. This picture is applied to the player "pass" (special ID card for soccer only). All Traveling players must have a pass in order to be eligible to play.
  6. Each new traveling player and players trying out for a traveling team must supply a copy of their birth certificate. All sanctioned leagues require this.
  7. The registration fee for the Fall, Outdoor Season is $115. For families with more than one child playing at Fairmount Soccer, the registration fee will be discounted by $10 for your 2nd and subsequent registered children. The registration fee includes the player's uniform (jersey, shorts, and socks), which the player keeps at the end of the season.
  8. We ask as many families as possible participate in our Fair Share Program with your $45 tax deductible contribution to the Association for each player participating. See our home page for more information about the Fair Share Program.
